The popular version has been used for decades by different generations of this great sports car. Now we will see it again. According to the latest reports, it is expected to be placed in a typical position of the Camaro hierarchy, between the SS and ZL1 models.

First of all, we have to say that the next model is about to get an update that contains some interesting visual changes for all versions. While the face of the new model is about to remain the same, we’re about to see a new grid design. Other than that, it will remain almost as thin. The current Camaro SS is suitable for around 455 hp, while the ZL1 Top Class delivers 650 hp.
Most likely, the new 2021 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 was designed to compete with the Mustang Shelby GT350, which is suitable for around 526 hp. So we assume that the new Z28 will be tuned to 550 hp. We expect to use the same 10-speed automatic transmission as the ZL1, although a manual gearbox should also be provided.
