2022 Infiniti Q80 Full Review New

2022 Infiniti Q80 will be hot. It’s been two years since Infiniti introduced the Q Inspiration Concept. What this concept really does is give us a taste of the long-term vision of the Infiniti electric vehicle program and a possible representation of what the next generation of Infiniti will look like.

As a simple reset of the Infiniti brand and replacement for the forgotten, and ruthlessly neglected Q70, the Model 10 adds another 10 to its name.

As we know, things haven’t been going so well lately. Numbers are given for all models, not to mention people who want to be strong and stable sellers. That’s why Infiniti needs something new to play. At this point, it appears that the escalating version of the latest sedan concept is one of the things we’d expect to identify. It’s supposed to come early next year, due to the new 2022 Infiniti Q80.

2022 Infiniti Q80 interior

It’s too early to talk about details when it comes to interior design. However, we may assume some of the most basic characteristics. This specifically refers to the lower seating configuration, for which we calculate a typical 2 + 2 layout.

Also, one of the main interesting details of the concept is the lack of B-pillars and suicide doors at the rear. This design allows easier access to the rear seats. In any case, we have no doubt that this model will provide plenty of legroom in both rows, while the loading surface should also be decent.

On the other hand, it’s hard to predict anything more accurate about the dashboard layout, although we reckon a fairly elegant look, packed with quality materials, plenty of good technical stuff and a high level of general opulence.

At the 2014 Paris Motor Show, Infiniti showed the 2022 Infiniti Q80 Inspiration, and so the older concept seemed to have plenty of inspiration for the new concept.

2022 Infiniti Q80 specifications

The 2022 Infiniti Q80 will ride on an alternative architecture designed around Infiniti‘s decision to offer an electric powertrain in every new model starting in 2021, whether it’s a hybrid, pure electric or a long-range electric vehicle.

We expect the 2022 Infiniti Q80 to start our lives as a hybrid, with a composite powertrain built around the company’s variable compression ratio. Ultimately, it could be offered as a hybrid or EV.

As for the basic design features, we have no doubt that the 2022 Infiniti Q80 will be one of those models that can serve as a sign of Infiniti‘s latest achievements. Just in name alone, you’ll quickly conclude that this is often a true flagship model.

Most new sedans will serve as an alternative platform. Infiniti is developing its core, the main feature of which is electrification of this platform. The first versions of the upcoming models are expected to be hybrids, while the all-electric versions are no exception.

Infiniti has not had any aesthetic problems in recent years. Only in the last decade have we seen many great model cars. None of them went into serial production, although we must mention that some of the existing models within the current lineup look very good.

It’s as if something could change soon that would make the 2022 Infiniti Q80 support the Q80 inspiration concept. In terms of design language, that means more improvements to all those squiggly lines we’ve seen in previous concepts. On the other hand, the rest of the body may look more exciting than you might expect.

2022 Infiniti Q80 price and release date

The new 2022 Infiniti Q80 is slated to be a 2021 model year, and the upcoming Infiniti might also be exactly what you’d expect, or still be ready to take on a few surprises. To differentiate itself from the others it would share mechanically, the Infiniti would have to cost a hefty sum, starting at $70,000.
