The luxurious Pinnacle model features quilted leather upholstery and offers matching lumbar pillows for the second-row captain’s chairs, a feature we haven’t seen since the Mercedes-Maybach S-class last visited our office. Standard Stow ‘n Go seats in the Pacifica have less padding than those in competing vehicles. The fact that these chairs must fold into the van’s floor is to blame. Chrysler engineers added extra padding to the standard captain’s chairs to compensate for the absence of the Stow ‘n Go second row in the Pacifica Hybrid (the battery pack occupies the entire underfloor storage space). When it comes to transporting cargo, the 2023 Chrysler Pacifica delivers. We were able to fit 53 carry-on suitcases inside with the second and third-row seats folded down. A built-in vacuum cleaner is available as an option, but it takes up space that could be used for a mini-spare tire.
