2023 Jeep Wagoneer, Trailhawk Full Review
The 2023 Jeep Wagoneer is the newest variant of the Jeep brand. This version is a level higher than the previous generation. By 2023, the Jeep Wagoneer will be improved, not just the display. The 2023 Jeep Wagoneer features a design that is not only larger than the 2023 Grand Cherokee, but also more luxurious with many leading competitors. Both SUVs share a new platform and similar styles inside and out. But there is a big difference in the package and the machine. The latest generation J2023 Jeep Wagoneer offers low prices and is still capable of off-road driving when needed.
What’s New in 2023 Jeep Wagoneer
The new 2023 Jeep Wagoneer is also a must-have for the brand with the banners making a comeback after an absence of nearly three decades. The designers of the 2023 Jeep Wagoneer know they are dealing with historical names and make sure to use different style pieces to commemorate the past. Not only that, the wagoneer 2023 also plays an important role in filling the Jeep lineup, and given its looks, it will complete its mission.
2023 Jeep Wagoneer Exterior Redesign
The 2023 Jeep Wagoneer offers fresh, modern design from every angle. Starting with the no-cooling front grille, it creates a contemporary, beautiful and unique silhouette. Wagoneer 2023 offers an overall exterior design very similar to Jeeps.
Unfortunately, you will not find a “pocket badge”. This is because Jeep wants Wagoneer to be its luxury sub-brand. Up front, premium LED lighting is standard on every trim, as are 20-inch wheels with rims and optional tires up to 22 inches in size. The exterior also offers a wide range of colors with a total of seven exterior colors including Diamond Black, Glossy White and Velvet Red.
The latest generation of the 2023 Jeep Wagoner concept appears to be generally inspired by the original Wagner. It is trimmed with the indispensable seven-slot grille and optional steel skid plate that protects the front axle, transfer case and fuel tank. The exterior exudes elegance and a spacious, adventurous spirit. The ceiling is also decorated with clean ceiling lines and signature lines that are completely wrapped to pay homage to the original style. The rear features LED taillights and a standard hands-free power tailgate.
More aggressive tires will be standard on 18-inch Wagoneer wheels, and we’d expect more vital lower body protection and some sort of ramp/rocker combo for rocker protection. To improve this practical approach to the SUV and the angle of departure, we envisioned reconfiguring the front and rear face.
This Jeep offers several types of variants to choose from, with a total of three trim levels available, namely Jeep Wagoneer Series I, II and III 2023. However, the new Wagoner 2023 could only be equipped with a 4×4 powertrain configuration . Interestingly, buyers can choose from seven different designs, such as the 4×2, 4×4 Series Premium III and the 2023 Jeep Wagoneer Series III Off-Road Vehicle.
2023 Jeep Wagoneer Interior, Comfort and Luggage
Not only is the best on the outside, but the interior of the new 2023 Jeep Wagoneer also offers best-in-class overall passenger volume, with total headroom in the third row and legroom in the second and third rows. The interior offers three rows of seats as standard and a pair of captain’s seats in the second and third rows optional.
Before that, it was decked out with a one-piece instrument panel that gives it a sleek, elegant design with an aluminum finish. Interestingly, the home button is surrounded by scalloped edges, while the HVAC slots have liquid chrome trim. The interior is upholstered with leather upholstery and combined with three-zone automatic temperature control. All 2023 Jeep Wagoneer models feature a 12-way adjustable front seat with memory adjustment.

As an infotainment system, the 2023 Jeep Wagoneer Redesign is equipped with the latest Uconnect 5 infotainment system. The new Wagoneer 2023 features a 50-inch digital display area with a standard 10.2-inch head-up display and 10-inch infotainment screen. Below the main screen is another 10.2-inch touchscreen.
Even the front passenger can get an optional 10.2-inch touch screen display. Meanwhile, second-row passengers get two 10-inch screens with HDMI inputs and also get Amazon Fire TV features. Not only that, the Jeep Wagoneer 2023 also gets a 10-inch full color head-up display for drivers, vented heaters and upholstery, as well as configurable mood lighting. There’s also in-cab wireless charging, up to 11 USB ports and an excellent McIntosh audio system.
2023 Jeep Wagoneer Engine, Transmission & Performance
The 2023 Jeep Wagoneer Rumor offers a 5.7-liter Hemi V8 engine that can deliver 392 horsepower and produce 404 pound-feet of torque. This power is further enhanced by the 48-volt e-Torque hybrid system for improved fuel economy. The engine is powered by an eight-speed automatic transmission, which is the only gearbox option. 4×2 and 4×4 configurations are offered and offer towing capabilities of up to 10,000 pounds.
Three 4×4 drivetrains are available on the new 2023 Jeep Wagoneer, the 2023 Wagoneer Quadra-Trac I, and the new Quadra-Trac II and Quadra-Drive II, the latter with electronic limited-slip differentials. With the Wagoneer 2023 Off-Road option, you can choose four-wheel air suspension with up to 10 inches of ground clearance and Selec-Terrain traction management.

2023 Jeep Wagoneer Price and Release
We don’t know if he’ll share the Trailhawk name with his younger siblings or get his name exclusively for the Wagoneer line. Jeep has not specified the price that will be offered for the cost of the last generation 2023 Jeep Wagoneer. But given the price offered for the old generation, it does not look much different from the current variant. Pricing for the 2023 Series I 4×2 Jeep Wagoneer is expected to start at $58,000, not including a $2,000 destination surcharge.
The 2023 Jeep Wagoneer Series II 4×2 costs $10,500, and the cheapest four×4 models cost $71,500. The high-end 2023 Wagoneer Series III 4×4 model starts at $76,505, while the 2023 Wagoneer 4×2 variant is cheaper at $3,000.
2023 Jeep Wagoneer Trailhawk
The new Wagoneer is here, 30 years after its last appearance. Now the nameplate is back, but we still don’t have the full details. It will be a family car with premium equipment. Bad news – SUVs don’t have the wood trim on the body side panels. On the other hand, we can’t wait to see a 2023 Jeep Wagoneer Trailhawk that has great off-road capabilities. Right now, the Trackhawk with a Hellcat engine is not an option, neither for the Wagoneer nor for the Grand Wagoneer.
You can pre-order the SUV now. However, the trim levels are strange, unlike other Jeeps. Wagoneer is offered in Series II and Series III versions, while Grand Wagoneer Series I and Obsidian add on. The 2023 Jeep Wagoneer Trailhawk should be part of the lineup, that’s for sure. SRT probably won’t, and neither will the Trackhawk.
The main difference between the two new SUVs is under the hood. In the first case, the Wagoneer will have a 5.7-liter V8, while the 2023 Grand Wagoneer will use a 6.4-liter engine. Diesel is not for the first versions of luxury SUVs.
2023 Jeep Wagoneer Trailhawk Full-size luxury SUV with excellent off-road skills
The first time we heard rumors of a comeback, it was clear: The SUV would be the complete model. Jeep supplies models in all other sectors and it is strange to see a famous brand without a representative in the world of large excavators. But most experts believe the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer will make the same Chevy Tahoe and Suburban, or the Ford Expedition and Expedition Max. But the 2023 Grand Wagoneer is just a luxury version of the basic SUV.
But our sources did not mention that the next model will be the premium car. The base price starts at just under $70,000. Thus, the Jeep 2023 Jeep Wagoneer Trailhawk will be a competitor to the Toyota Land Cruiser. The two companies have been at odds with each other for years, especially in the 4×4 market. The Wrangler and 4Runner are best-selling vehicles for such adventures. Now Wagoneer and Land Cruiser are taking the fight to the next level.
2023 Jeep Wagoneer Trailhawk Upgrades
Of course, 4WD is the first to get a 2023 Jeep Wagoneer Trailhawk. In order to be more capable of off-road driving, there will also be a special tuning of the suspension and shocks. The traction management system allows for quick switching between modes. Skid plates protect the body. Tow bars, hill descent control, and a few other features will also be available. The interior should provide a more comfortable ride. The same equipment will be available for the 2023 Grand Wagoneer Trailhawk.
2023 Jeep Wagoneer Trailhawk Engines and Specifications
There were no doubts about the powertrain of the full-size SUV. FCA uses a large displacement eight cylinder that can make the2023 Jeep Wagoneer Trailhawk competitive. The only question was – which would be the primary solution. A 5.7-liter V8 is available for the standard Wagoneer with 360 horsepower and 390 pound-feet of torque. It provides enough power and sophistication for off-road adventures. The eight-speed transmission sends power to both axles.
At the moment, a diesel unit is not an option. It’d be a nice upgrade to the all-wheel drive system, although the 30-liter EcoDiesel is a six-cylinder with 460 lb.-ft. But the alternative will be the 2023 Jeep Wagoneer Trailhawk with a 6.4-liter Hemi V8 engine. The luxury version of the SUV can produce 470 horsepower and 455 pound-feet of torsion. Hellcat’s 6.2-liter supercharged engine is yet to come. The Wagoneer Trackhawk could be a model for the 2024 season or later.
2023 Jeep Wagoneer Trailhawk Prices
The FCA has released pricing for the first issues. If you pre-order, the most affordable configuration is the Wagoneer Series II. It costs $70,000, while the third series package adds $5,000. You have to pay $3,000 more for a four-wheel drive. The Series I Grand Wagoneer with a 6.4-liter engine starts at $89,000. The obsidian tops out at $100,000 and the third series package swims deeper into the six-figure price waters. A 2023 Jeep Wagoneer Trailhawk will cost about $75,000, or $100,000 if you’re looking for a Grand Wagoneer with a larger engine.
