2023 Lamborghini Urus Full Review New
If you’re a fan of fast SUVs, the upcoming 2023 Lamborghini Urus is worth considering. This SUV looks sporty and aggressive and has a very modern interior. The first Urus was put on the market in 2018 as the 2019 model, which immediately took off in the world. Despite the epidemic situation, Lamborghini managed to sell more than 7,450 cars in 2020, which are very good numbers.
Exactly three years after its initial launch, photographers captured the 2023 prototype wearing lots of camouflage gear. However, we noticed a new front fascia and additional air vents on the outer edges, known as air curtains. There’s also a more attractive cover with its own slots and some visual upgrades as well.
2023 Lamborghini Urus Exterior
Spyshots are available for the upcoming 2023 Lamborghini Urus and we have noticed some improvement over the current generation. First of all, the spying prototype wears a lot of camouflage, but we can clearly see some changes. The new front end is present with what appear to be additional vents on the outer edges.
As mentioned, they are also known as “air curtains,” which help direct the airflow around the sides of the vehicle. We also noticed new wheels and there’s even a new hood with its own air vents. At the rear, the sporty lines were kept for sale, but the manufacturer added slimmer taillights and new exhaust tips.
2023 Lamborghini Urus cabin upgrades
It’s also possible that there will be some tweaks to the new 2023 Lamborghini Urus. From what we’ve heard, the list will include an updated infotainment system, more standard features and plenty of optional amenities. However, the seating layout is the same and we expect five passengers to sit comfortably.
Interior storage provides up to 22 cubic feet of cargo space, but decreases by 2 cubic feet with the optional rear seats. In addition to a more modern cabin and some refreshments, this time we were also able to see more advanced electronic driver assistance functions.
2023 Lamborghini Urus engine specifications
So far, Lamborghini has said nothing about the updated Urus engine. However, last year they confirmed that at some point we’ll see an additional powertrain, possibly an extra hybrid. A possible guess is the same system we saw under the Porsche Cayenne Turbo S E-Hybrid. Both models are built on the same MLB Evo platform which allows for a hybrid system.
The Cayenne Turbo S E-Hybrid system generates 670 horsepower from an electric motor and 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8. The current Urus is powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V-8 that produces 641 horsepower. Numerous tests have shown that with this engine, the 2023 Lamborghini Urus can go from 0 to 100 km / h in about 3.5 seconds, with a top speed of 289 km / h.

2023 Lamborghini Urus Release date and price
The 2023 Lamborghini Urus will hit the market sometime next year, with an updated front end and a few upgrades here and there. The current model starts at $222,000 and, when fully loaded, can be priced at $250,000. Although the Urus costs nearly a quarter of a million dollars, it is still one of the most preferred SUVs in its class.
