The new 2024 BMW M5 PHEV is said to offer more elegant sports seats with leather trim. BMW hasn’t pursued a fully touchscreen design strategy like many of its competitors, making it easy to change the radio or air conditioning while the car is in motion thanks to tactile buttons. Many desirable options, such as a heated steering wheel, heated front seats, and a power-adjustable steering column, are standard. Like the regular 2024 M5, the PHEV version gets 12.3-inch touchscreen controls and BMW‘s latest iDrive system. There’s also a Wi-Fi hotspot and basic connectivity for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Interior customization options now include Smoke White/Black Full Merino Leather and Tartufo Full Merino Leather.
A comprehensive suite of standard driver assistance systems, including automatic high beams and blind spot monitoring, is available in the sports saloon. This sedan also comes standard with collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, lane keep assist, and adaptive cruise control.
