2024 Cadillac Celestiq Full Review New

Reportedly, the new, all-electric flagship car, the 2024 Cadillac Celestiq, is set to hit the market next year. In case you didn’t know, this model shares a family resemblance to the Lyriq SUV. It has attractive lines, a wavy roof, and plenty of high-tech displays. The cabin looks truly unique thanks to the glossy red leather upholstery and the massive 55-inch digital dashboard.

Unfortunately, Cadillac hasn’t released any information about the Cadillac Celestiq’s powertrain yet, but we can expect the new flagship sedan to be offered with both all-wheel drive and all-wheel steering. However, the upcoming model will use two electric motors, one for each axle, which will provide similar acceleration performance to the Tesla Model S and Porsche Taycan. The luxury Celestiq EV is inspired by different periods in Cadillac‘s history. It dominates at the front with an attractive grille and distinctive headlights.

Starting with the design of the cabin, it will be very futuristic. The 2024 Cadillac Celestiq‘s interior is a technological strength that provides comfort for up to four passengers. Most of the luxuries on the inside offer a 55.0-inch infotainment touchscreen with scratches that run the length of the car’s dashboard.

In addition, even passengers in the back can enjoy their large screen displays. Cadillac hasn’t provided any details about driver-assistance features yet, but we expect it to come standard with GM’s Super Cruise hands-free technology. Automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection should also be standard, as should a lane departure warning system with lane keep assist and adaptive cruise control with hands-free driving mode.

As mentioned, Cadillac hasn’t released exact information about the 2024 Cadillac Celestiq’s powertrain. As far as we know, the new sedan will be available with all-wheel drive and all-wheel drive. It must use two electric motors, one for each hub, that pull its electrons from the Ultium battery pack.

The 2024 Cadillac Celestiq should have a range of at least 500 kilometers per charge thanks to a large battery of 100.0 kWh. We can expect GM to squeeze in bigger Ultium batteries, as we saw with the GMC Hummer EV. For reference, this sedan’s main competitor is the Model S, which offers a driving range of up to 402 miles.

2024 Celestiq Price and Release Date

The new 2024 Celestiq won’t be a cheap sedan at all. According to the latest news, the upcoming flagship model will cost $300,000. Besides, with some customization, the price will definitely go higher. As you can see, this model is one of the most expensive in the world.

Celestiq is custom built and the number of sedans is permanently limited. We can expect the new flagship model to go on sale sometime next year.
