Lincoln Navigator 2024. The portion of full-size luxury SUVs is one of the most highly regarded in the modern automotive industry, where manufacturers play their best cards to draw customers, whether it’s through the use of cutting-edge technologies or ultra-luxurious amenities. Given that the current generation of the Navigator has been available since 2018, we are conversing about one of the oldest models in the class. However, it still has a lot to offer, particularly following the recent mid-cycle refresh that brought new styling, an improved infotainment system, etc. Therefore, we are confident that the latest generation will continue to be manufactured for some time. Supposedly, the Lincoln Navigator will be the last year of production for this generation.
Therefore, we do not anticipate significant changes. This SUV should continue with the same specifications and features. It has a luxurious and spacious cabin in addition to a high level of interior quality. We also appreciate its capable and efficient powertrain, as well as its lengthy list of standard features.
No significant changes are anticipated for the Lincoln Navigator 2024, which should be the last model year of the current generation. Therefore, we anticipate a familiar design that incorporates the most recent modifications. This specifically refers to the updated aesthetic, which has resulted in a few subtle modifications. New LED highlights and a new grille enhance the aesthetic appeal of this large SUV.
However, we did not observe any enhanced mechanical changes, so the driving experience remains the same. With a suspension that absorbs road inadequacies in such a nice manner, the Navigator offers a smooth and convenient ride. Additionally, the handling is acceptable.

The same holds true for interior design. The Navigator combines traditional design elements with contemporary technological components. Such an approach makes this cabin appear extremely opulent, and despite the presence of several much younger competitors, this SUV still stands out for its distinctive design. The materials are superior, and there is also a great deal of attention to detail. The most recent update introduced a new, larger infotainment screen with updated software and sharper visuals.
In addition to a plethora of designs, this SUV provides ample space. The front seats are well-shaped and provide exceptional comfort and support. The second row is also spacious and comfortable, and the third row can easily accommodate adults.
You can expect up to 20.9 cubic feet of cargo space behind the third row, 63.6 cubic feet behind the second row, and a total cargo volume of 103.3 cubic feet. However, competitors like the Cadillac Escalade and Jeep Grand Wagoneer provide even more space.
There is a strong possibility that a few novelties will be added to the list of standard equipment, but we are confident that the majority of items will remain the same. The standard features should therefore include a 13.2-inch touch screen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, navigation, a Wi-Fi hot spot, satellite radio, five USB ports, a 14-speaker Revel audio system, wireless device charging, tri-zone automatic climate control, and remote start. Among the available upgrades are a panoramic sunroof, a 28-speaker Revel audio system, and a dual-screen rear entertainment system compatible with Amazon Fire TV.
Same goes for safety features. Expect base models to be outfitted with features such as a rearview camera, parking sensors, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, pedestrian detection, automatic high beams, lane keep assist, and so on.
Under the hood of the Lincoln Navigator 2024 will be a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 engine that produces approximately 440 horsepower and 510 pound-feet of torque. This is more than sufficient to ensure fairly impressive performance, especially considering the engine’s compatibility with a 10-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard on base models, while 4WD is available.
While most competitors still rely on a large V8 engine, this vehicle employs a more fuel-efficient twin-turbo V6 that provides much better mileage. This unit achieves approximately 17 mpg in the city and 23 mpg on the highway. Obviously, models with four-wheel drive are a bit more thirsty, returning approximately 16 mpg in the city and 22 mpg on the highway.
We anticipate that the 2024 Lincoln Navigator will go on sale in the fourth quarter of 2023, given that there are no upcoming significant changes. The base price should be approximately $79,000.
After the Lincoln Aviator and Lincoln Corsair, the Navigator SUV also got a hybrid powertrain. Reportedly, a 2024 Lincoln Navigator Hybrid is on the way. The massive SUV is expected to get a makeover, although a re-styling is also possible.
Lincoln hasn’t revealed anything about the 2024 Navigator yet, and we haven’t seen any spy photos of the company testing the future model. As a result, information about 2024 Navigator is limited. Either way, the redesigned Navigator could debut with a slightly revised exterior, an updated interior and a new 2024 Lincoln Navigator Hybrid drive option.
The massive SUV could get a nice makeover with a new grille, headlights, wheels and even taillights. The overall appearance and dimensions of the 2024 Lincoln Navigator Hybrid should remain unchanged with little change. If Lincoln decides to redesign the 2024 Navigator, the massive SUV will be restyled, but it’s unclear what changes Lincoln will make to that model.
Lincoln will continue to offer adaptive LED headlights as standard, along with impressive wheels and a unique lower grille. LED taillights are also standard. We also hope to see new exterior colors.

The cabin of the new Navigator is comfortable, with premium design and premium materials. The massive SUV has clean lines, simple center console design and large screens. Due to the boxy shape of the SUV, the Navigator has a large interior space. The 2024 Lincoln Navigator Hybrid will also receive a high level of luxury. However, we think the interior will remain largely unchanged, although the company may incorporate some new features.
On the other hand, the 2024 Navigator Hybrid is getting one major internal update. We are talking about the ActiveGline hands-free driving system. It’s a similar system to Ford‘s Blue Cruise or GM Super Cruise. In addition, this system guarantees Level 2 autonomy. And while we don’t expect a complete internal change, there are some major improvements in the pipeline.
Coming Lincoln Navigator Hybrid. This big SUV definitely deserves a hybrid powertrain, and Lincoln will offer one, most likely a plug-in hybrid version. Right now, the only powertrain option is a 3.5-liter V6 with 440 horsepower and 510 pound-feet of torque. In addition, the Navigator SUV comes with a 10-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive as standard.
It can tow up to 8,700 pounds when fitted with the trailer set. Now, the hybrid model will likely combine the same petrol V6 with an electric motor. And while we don’t expect significantly more power, fuel economy will improve significantly. Lincoln hasn’t announced this model yet, but more reliable reports say the Navigator PHEV is coming.
Sales of the 2024 Navigator Hybrid SUV will begin in the last quarter of 2022. Currently, the base model starts at $78,000. Additionally, the top-of-the-line Black Label trim costs over $105,000. For the Navigator Hybrid model, it starts at $85,000 or slightly higher.
