The 2024 Maserati Grecale Folgore is the brand’s first all-electric SUV and is expected to debut in 2023. The new SUV was recently revealed and it looks really attractive. It has a partially enclosed grille, aerodynamic wheels, brass accents, and a unique Rame Folgore exterior coloring.
Although Maserati won’t reveal many details about how many electric motors will be available, we do know it will have a 105 kWh battery and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque. In general, a dual-motor AWD setup is very likely. It is also worth noting that Grecale Folgore uses a modified version of the Giorgio platform, which forms the basis of the standard Grecale and Alfa Romeo Stelvio models.
2024 Maserati Grecale Folgore Design
Visually, the 2024 Maserati Grecale Folgore looks just like the gas model, but with a few key details that separate this SUV from the electric variant. Unlike the standard version, the Folgore has a partially enclosed grille and interesting Folgore badges on the fenders.
It also comes with more attractive brass wheels called Rame Folgore. This paint is exclusive to the electric version. We also know that the new Maserati Grecale Folgore will run on a modified version of the Giorgio platform, which also supports the Grecale standard and several gas models such as the Alfa Romeo Stelvio.

2024 Maserati Grecale Folgore Interior Features
Unfortunately, we don’t have much information about the interior of the 2024 Maserati Grecale Folgore. As far as we know, the new SUV will be modern and comfortable. It will use recycled fabrics, including recycled nylon, which Maserati calls Econyl.
We also expect plenty of Folgore badges and possibly more comfortable seating compared to the standard model. Like all new Grecale, the Folgore will include standard leather upholstery, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto smartphone integration, as well as compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
Engine Configuration
Maserati has introduced some exciting specs for its first SUV. According to the information available, the all-new Maserati Grecale Folgore will be electric, with a 105.0 kWh battery pack, and we assume there will be at least two electric motors. The manufacturer also revealed that it will produce 590 lb-ft of torque.
In any case, the company has not yet confirmed the exact battery information and its capacity. By comparison, the Audi Q4 e-tron uses a 77.0 kWh battery. The current Grecale uses a hybrid system that produces up to 325 horsepower.

Price, Release Date
At the moment, we don’t know the exact price of the upcoming Maserati Grecale Folgore. The current Grecale starts at $64,995, so we wouldn’t be surprised if Folgore starts at $75,000.
The all-electric SUV will run on a modified version of the Giorgio platform that supports the standard Grecale and Alfa Romeo Stelvio models. We expect the new SUV to go on sale sometime next year, possibly before summer.
