Bumps are easily absorbed and the steering is responsive enough to make it feel like it has a small car on its feet. There is no brake drop or fade, even when braking, and the fixed brake pedal is easy to adjust.

With a starting price of $27,190, the 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan comes with a destination price of $1,195. The pattern changes this year alone mean the five-year cost of ownership of approximately $32,300 remains unchanged. However, the 76/100 J.D. Energy reliability ranks it at the bottom of the tie-down list.
